Dream and Make It Happen

"Do not give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than one with all the facts" ~ Albert Einstein
I have a lot of dreams, but as the great minds always exclaimed that one should move one step at a time. Yeah, I believe that, but if you can multitask why not. When I was young, like other children dream, I want to be a doctor. (So common you think? Wait, I'm not finished yet) Not just to be a simple doctor, but more like of a detective one, the doctors you see in Forensic Investigation on television, who solves cases even without so much clues or evidences. Extracting DNA in just a drop of blood on the floor of the scene (you think it is far more dangerous than anyone could expect? Yeah, but don't you think it is exciting. You can give justice to someone, you know.)
I also want to be a detective like Detective Conan or Sherlock Holmes or like the team of Scooby Doo (Solving mysteries that seemed impossible to crack, What can be more awesome than that? Tell me.) Like what I have aforementioned on my first entry I love mystery novels. Solving puzzles and deciphering clues is the dream that I want in the future, I said to myself when I was young (You want to be like them too, right? Oh come on, there's nothing wrong in admitting.)
Astronaut? I can't name a person who doesn't want to be like one? (You think so?) Searching for new wonders in the Milky Way galaxy, or maybe beyond anyone has ever envisage. It is comparable to an Astrophysicist, which is also my dream, decoding the mysteries of our universe. Hunting for the discovery beyond our capability of understanding, telling us that there's a possibility of multiverse and multidimensional places beyond our sight. (You think it's impossible to decrypt such mysteries? Nothing is impossible, we have our imagination. Remember airplanes are just imagination before, right?)
I want to be an Architect and Engineer, building structures for the progress of mankind, (You think I will be running for congress, because of all I said? No, I am just being truthful to myself.), working in NASA developing new ways of collecting data from space. Or maybe building new wonders that will still be here standing like the Stonehenge of England, Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, The Parthenon in Greece and Rome, Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy, and a lot more superb structures (You think too eh?)
I want to be a Botanist even though the subject of botany is super hard. Knowing the taxonomy, taxonomic characteristics and anatomy of different species of plants. In Botany, I learned that Tomato is a berry. Peanut is not a nut but a legume. Lychee is a false fruit and we eat nothing but the seed coat. Strawberry is not a berry, its a dry fruit, its an achene. Watermelon, Squash, Cucumber, and Bitter gourd is closely related because they belong to the same family, Cucurbitaceae (You don't want me to state some more? Yeah that was also what I want when I am studying Botany, but it is fun, I admit it. not fun fun but more of an informative fun.) I also want to be a Paleontologist, Archaeologist and Biologist, searching for dinosaur bones in a vast wild jungle or in any other parts of the globe, discovering new species, and improving the wild life.
As I have mentioned in my first entry, I'm currently studying Pharmacy, right? That dream is just as recent as last year, since I am fond of dreaming more than just being that (The dreams I stated above). But as time goes by, I learned that this particular course is much more than what I think it is, and more than what others may think it can be. It is not just simply selling medicines to patients, but giving the best of ones ability taking care of them the way they want their own family to be took cared of. And being a Pharmacist is not only serving the community apothecaries, but they can also work as an Industrial pharmacist (You say it has a lot of research? Yeah, but It is more of formulating new drugs that can be helpful in increasing the survival rate of sick people.) which is also I wanted to become. They can also be a Clinical pharmacist, someone who coordinates a doctor to another doctor to ensure the safety of a patient (you know, there are a lot of doctors a patient can have, depending on the disorders he/she experience. Clinical pharmacists ensure that there is no contraindication between two or more different medications.) When we have conducted an orientation regarding our course, there were different guest speakers in different fields of Pharmacy came, one of them was a guy who graduated as a Clinical pharmacists, he is working in St. Lukes now (I really want to work there too.), I admire his knowledge about the field he chose. There's a lot of jargon he mentioned, that even I have a hard time on understanding what he was saying ( He really is a genius, but he denied it. Of course, we didn't believe him saying he was not.) I want to acquire the knowledge he possess (I don't know, maybe I will store it in a hard drive and use it in special case, like taking exams. hahaha.)
If ever I want to study again (You think I will end up in a mental facility because I study and study and study, I am not going to be crazy it is normal on our course to yearn for so much knowledge. You have to meet my classmates, it seemed they weren't sleeping anymore hahaha.) after finishing my course, BS in Pharmacy, I want to be a doctor, saving lives of people, I want to be a Surgeon or a Pediatrician or a Neurologist.
Whatever dream or dreams I will achieve in the future, I will thank God, because every thing He gives is Best. He always know what is the best for us. In life, sometimes we do not understand His wisdom, but we always have to trust His will.
God Bless and Have a Nice Day :D

Introduction of a Mysterious Man

“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become. ~ Carl Jung
Are you wondering why "Introduction of a Mysterious Man" is my title? (Don't hide it, I know you want to know.) I choose that since, I will not going to reveal my name to you my beloved reader. You know, I read a book named "The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan" stating that, names have powers, so if ever you have learned my name, we become friends.
Enough of the 'mystery' above. If I can't reveal my name, then what will you call me? I prefer Modern Don Quixote (You think it is irritating right? oh come on, I know you like it.) Now you know what you will call me, so I will proceed with my information. I am breathing Oxygen and exhaling Carbon Dioxide for 16 years now. Volleyball is my sport when I was in high school (You don't believe me, huh? I am a varsity back then.)  I am also the secretary of the Student Council in high school. I receive the most prestigious award that I know of, the Best in Deportment (also named as The-most-kind-person-we ever-met kid. Just kidding or am I.) 5'11 is my height (quite tall right?).
I am certified Bibliophile (Adj. that means a person who loves books) yeah, like most of you, I'm not actually a fan of that horrible monster called Text book, but I love novels like the one written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle which is the Sherlock Holmes. I like detective books, mysteries, fantasies, historical (no, of course not the one written in text book, but the fiction one, even it is still based on real history), adventure and mythology. While reading, it is like you are on the specific scene, watching every characters fulfilling their quest, being emotionally entwined to the story, and having an admiration in a fictional character (I know you feel that too. Don't deny it.)
I am currently studying BS in Pharmacy in Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas (Why Pontifical and Royal, you ask? Pontifical because everything that will be revised inside the university should be approved by the Pope and It is the oldest Catholic University in Asia, it's 401 years now, can you imagine it? In 1785, the title Royal was given by Charles III in recognition of their loyalty to Spain during the war against England. How cool was that?)
( You want more personal, for you to guess who am I? sure, but I know you will never find out who I am hahaha.) I am addicted to chocolates, not addicted addicted but sort of a love so much addicted, I love the dark chocolate more of than white and the original ones, because dark is more aromatic and more pure in taste like a coffee, more of an espresso. I also love cheese the way I love chocolates hmm I think, because it just have that kind of taste that no other food has. Of course the honey, it has a splendid taste that a sugar lacks, try to make it as a sweetener on your coffee or even on your pancakes (love it more than the maple syrup) and you will love it the way I love it. I love to draw not the people's faces but more of geometric figures and related to nature (oh you wonder why I don't take up architecture or engineering? hmm i love math as much as I love science but I want to be a doctor someday, architecture or engineering is not a pre-med course.) I also like color blue and gray because it has that kind of spark or kind of calmness (You think too eh?), it is the majority color of my blog (isn't it awesome?)
Sorry for the grammatical error you've spotted above, but I am not actually a writer (You think that is a nice alibi huh? I know right hahaha.) This is my first time to make a virtual diary (Oh but you have a Tumblr account right? Yeah but I am sort of re-blogging pictures and stuff there, not writing.) That's all for this entry I think my next entry will be my Dreams in my future. Oh, by the way I make a blog, because I think it is cool and sort of my way in improving my grammar and writing skills and vocabulary of course. I hope you've enjoyed reading.
God Bless and Have a Nice Day :D
